If your roof is actively leaking

Call rather than email. Put a bucket under it, move what you can out of the way, and photograph the inside where the water is coming through — that helps us more than you would think, because the inside stain rarely sits directly under the actual hole.

Our offices

We run two offices, one in each county we serve. All of our work happens on site at your property — neither office is a showroom, and there is nothing to visit — but it means someone is covering each region rather than driving everything out of one place.

Already have a bid?

Send it over. On a like-for-like scope from another licensed contractor we will match it. Comparing bids on roofing is genuinely hard — the things that matter are the underlayment product by name, whether every flashing is being replaced, and whether deck repair is a real allowance or an open-ended extra. We are happy to walk you through someone else's bid even if you do not use us.

Licence and verification

California Contractor Licence #1052777 — licensed, bonded, and insured, holding both C-39 (Roofing) and B (General Building) classifications. You can verify all of that yourself at cslb.ca.gov — and you should run the same check on anyone else bidding your job.

We are a service-area business and work from your property rather than a storefront, so there is no showroom to visit. Everything starts with a call and a look at the roof.
